Hockey-Albertville “Return Policy”
You have 30
calendar days to Return/Exchange an item from the date you
received it. To be eligible for a Return/Exchange, your item must be
unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have
the receipt or proof of purchase. All Returns/Exchanges must be handle in
person on location at Hat Trick
Hockey-Albertville. Eligible reasons
for return are as follows:
- The quality is
unacceptable
- Item is not as
described
- Unwanted item
- Wrong color
- Damaged item
- Unauthorized
purchase
All Returns that do not satisfy any of the above requirements will be
handled on a case by case basis and will ONLY result in a Store Credit or Exchange.

Apparel and Jerseys with a name/number printed are non-refundable. If there is
a mistake on our end with your custom printed merchandise we will replace the
items or refund your purchase.
